Delete Your LIVE DTH Account

LIVE DTH users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete Account from the App

• Open the LIVE DTH app.
• Go to Profile or Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Review the confirmation message.
• Confirm your deletion request.

Request Deletion Without App Access

If you cannot access the app, use the official LIVE DTH support contact published on the platform and request deletion using the mobile number or email address associated with your account, where applicable.

Data That May Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Name and account details
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Saved preferences
• User-specific application data

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, disputes, technical records or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
